Thanks for all the info...
I ended up offering the guy $5,500, I haven't heard back from him so I'm guessing I probably hit a wrong note on that. I forgot that it also needed carpets in the front trunk and that the heater fan wasn't working. I just can't see paying more than $6K for it because it needs so much.
