Default warm-up issue

I've owned my 83 SC for 2 months now and now that the weather is getting cooler I'm having warm-up issues. First issue, cold start is good, but idle is around 750. At full warm-up it's 950. Ambient this morning was in the mid 40s outside. Suspect faulty AAR either no power to it or stuck valve. Second issue, car is running lean. Need to feather gas for the first few minutes driving cold. Suspect faulty WUR either no power or faulty control. I've ordered a fuel pressure test gauge to see what my cold and warmed-up fuel pressures are, but I thought I'd post this along with a picture of the WURin the mean time. Also, can someone tell me what the yellow electrical connection is and also there is a nipple coming of the base of the WUR without anything hooked to it. Is that a vent or am I missing a hose? Car runs great warmed up. These drive-ability issues are strictly during cold weather related. Thanks, Warren
