Default Running rich in the rain

Just when you thought you have seen everything .....
Has anyone ever seen this?
Car idles and runs fine but is super rich in the rain and for a while after.
It bogs under acceleration and the exhaust smell of fuel.
I know I can adjust the DME to make it leaner but it was fine before.
There is an altitude switch. Has it died?
Thanks
Rod

My guess is that it is due to a wet ignition, and not fuel related...

I'd also be checking the head temp sensor & associated wiring.

Okay. You are thinking through the firewall?

Thanks Steve.
BTW The suspension you set me up with a few years back is still kicking butt!

Yeah thats the cht sensor for sure. I bdt you have the old single wire rod. If you do you shojld upgrade it regardless. Next time it rains try jumpering the sensor with a paperclip. If it is cured that is your issue.
