Has anybody removed the system and flashed the ECU with European ECU software... to get the CEL off...

Not worried about the Emissions stuff... I have no problem passing inspections here once the CEL light is off...

None of the cars on this board have OBDII or a CEL-or shouldn't.

FWIW,...these ECU's cannot be re-programmed with the non-OBDII ROW software.

You need to find out why you have an illuminated CEL and address that.

Where is here? Do you live in a state that has no emissions requirements.

I am not familiar with the Porsche ECU's but unless you can disable sensors and force the ECU to report a good reading, disabling the CEL alone wont make you pass.
