'89 Window Sticker?
I have a VERY heavily optioned '89. (15 items plus other odd numbers under the hood & 24 lines on the COA.) I'm trying to gather info for a repro sticker. If you have your original sticker, it would be really interesting if you could either post it here or PM me. I'm not interested in serial numbers since my car already has one.
Thanks,
Richard
PS
I've already done a long, fruitless search.

What do you consider to be "heavily-optioned"?
I do believe I have my original '89 window sticker !!!! She's a Silver Anniverssary Edition Coupe,..the LAST of the torsion bars!!!!!!!!!
I'll have to dig it up and make copies (it will take two to get the entire sticker...).
PM a fax number...I'll be glad to help you out!
Best!

me = Stuttgart Studios. Thanks savantauto! We love satisfied customers.
vracer's '89 Targa is one of the most heavily optioned 3.2 911s I have ever seen. We're talking options that are so far off the beaten path that the options sticker Exclusive code is a catch-all for about 7-8 options that are only defined on the COA. Things like voltmeter and air temp gauges in a 930S console, wood dash and trim, leather this, leather that. Thankfully we have the COA as a baseline, but finding the proper sticker syntax and 1989 pricing has proven to be exceedingly difficult because even PCNAs records on these options are so incomplete. I called a 25yr salesman I know very well at the P-Car dealership I frequent, and even he admitted some of these options were the kinds of options no one would order unless they knew they existed -- which means probably someone "on the inside". He likened it to a COPO car. Its a Vasek Polak car and Vasek was known -- like Brumos -- to order options outside the typical parts bin.
If you have an '89 with rootwood dash, leather sun visors, leather console heat switches, leather console, voltmeters, air temp gauges, and leather covered shift *****, please knock my door down and get in touch.

I was finally able to get a build sheet from the dealership. There are exclusive options codes on this car that I have never seen before and no options codes lists on the Internet have them either. Almost like they are exclusive to this car:
XJ9 Leather Shift Lever Cover
XK6 Leather Shift Lever ****
XL7 Ctr Console"B"w/o Inst&Lvr Cvr
XN6 Lthr Cons Heat Switch & Brake
XS2 Ctr Cons Air Temperature Gauge
XS3 Center Console Voltmeter
All the usual online options codes decoder web sites dont have these. At least where I looked.

UDPride has been great working with me to try to ascertain exactly what I have. He has used a lot of knowledge, skill and contacts, and we are getting closer. The COA from PCNA lists some of the options, but the car went to "Exclusive Programme", and PCNA is unwilling or unable to get info from that branch of Porsche.
I'm having about the same luck posting a picture as I'm having with PCNA, but if you want to see one, the 911 tech forum named after a little birdie has a short thread that was last posted at 9:06 AM on the 31st. The thread is "Factory VRS department?", it has a good pic. Everything you see is stock; I hope you'll enjoy it.
