Just ran across an interview with Gus Pfister at Pacific Fuel Injection, and the online article includes scans of an MFI (4 cylinder) manual, plus several videos. One talks to how the MFI pump works, one has Gus talking about fuel injector spray patterns (while he demonstrates good and bad), and there are some others.
