Default 911 Spring refresh

Just got the car back from a little "refresh"

One thing I did was replace the Shifter ball socket/bushing - wow, really needed replacing. The ol' 915 feels new again

Few other things I did:
New Cap, Rotor, Plugs, Wires
Belts
Oil & Filter
Rear Brake pads
Replace brake fluid
Front wheel bearings
Replace all brake hoses
Rear sway bar links
Oil cooler short hoses
Oil line from Engine to thermostat
All Engine and trans mounts.

Car feels awesome! Just needs a nice coat of wax and she's ready to roll

wow surprised you didnt do much of that yourself.

Good job on the oil lines though .. those can be a pig when the time comes to drop the engine .. but not to worry tho ,, should be WAY after your 996

I would have likes to do most of that myself but I just have not had the time and I did not want the car sitting in the garage all summer like last year because I know it needed some work and never got to it.
I want to enjoy it this year!

Good job Marc. Sounds like a good list of preventive maintenance that was not going to get done in a weekend. Sometimes you just gotta let someone else do the hard labor.

That nut on the thermostat is a nail-biter. I think some PB Blaster and heat might be the ticket, but it's a scary one for sure.
