Need some advice...the calipers on my 911 are shot and I need to replace or upgrade. I'm looking at stock calipers, Carrera or Big Red upgrade kit.
My usage will be street and DE.
Any suggestions on upgrade options?
Thanks for your feedback!

In my sc, I was going to go towards big brakes a while back then decided to just get brand new stock everything with braided brake lines, good pads, and delete the dustshield/brake warmers. Surprisingly it worked so well that the brakes are now the single best passing tool my car has on the track. I haven't been outbraked in a while. A lot of people I know go towards the bigger this and that, but I still pass them. I always tell them that before they get bigger parts, get bigger b..ls, since the lack of those is what is really slowning them down.

Bill & Ed, thanks for the great feedback. Very good info on the General Brake Notes link above.
After listening to your feedback and further research I think I'll stick with stock brakes and Pagid Orange pads for now.
Thanks again!

I've used Pagid orange in my car and was amazed. The car will just stop. It is the perfect pad, but for one little problem. Price. It is one of those products that I wish were cheaper.
