I have my detailer at the house and he tried to unlock the passenger door with the key. The door unlocked, but now the key is stuck in the lock! It goes from unlock to about half way to vertical and then stops, never making it back to vertical to get the key out.
My thought is that a pin in the tumbler is gummed up. Any other suggestions (he's sprayed in some pbblaster and now we're waiting).
Manual locks only luckily, no power crap to deal with

No amount of wiggling released it. I had to take the door apart. Once I loosened the nut holding the handle, I heard a sproing and the key released. The stud had come loose, allowing the pieces of the assembly to jam up (and the trigger assembly was off it's track).
Disassemble, clean, relube, reassemble, works great.
Oh well, at least I got to replace the hinge pieces while I was in there
