I would like to know about the hood option sticker on Porsche cars in general. I happen to be looking at a 993 but I would think the same answer would apply to all Porsches made for Japan. Thanks

i would imagine the sticker under the hood is done at point of manufacture and it is irrelevant as to where it is being shiped. I think it started in about 86 or so .

any Porsche from 1982 on ( never seen an earlyer ) had two of these stickers. ( different for service-book and bonnet ) - but many many cars don´t still have them, for many possible reasons - anyone who is looking for a replacement ask here : info@open-S.de
