Anyone have any experience with US Chrome cylinder refinishing?
Any problems with flaking or durability?

Hi Robert:
We've used US Chrome for replating Nikasil on Mahle and K&S cylinders for many years with no issues, thus far. Most of these are race engines which operate at hgiher than average operating temperatures and their plating jobs seem to hold up quite nicely.
I must say that we do our own prep work here (boring-honing) before sending them off to be done and that might play a role in the success we have had.
