I personally would never buy a car w/ 200k on the clock. Testament to Porsche though, very few cars can barely survive and to boot be sold, w/ that much on them. Most are in the junkyard!

That use to be the case....modern cars will easily go 250k without much issue.

Fuch, Fuc*, it must have been a force of habit to type it that way....... Or a Freudian slip.

Either he caught the misspelling or someone told him about it. Good for a chuckle though!

I have a '97 Saturn wagon bought new in '97 285k miles, never opened. Only needed one clutch. Still gets 28 mpg. Not uncommon at all anymore.
Local story in the Phx newspapers about smaller auto lots turning the odo's back...they get away with it and make a 150k car a 75k car because it will go another 50-100 k.

Good to hear! I am not a fan of american cars for obvious reasons, but want them to do well. However, my company has had a fleet of Ford construction vehicles since the 80s (American commercial vehicles are the "Porsches" of their domain) and I have owned many a Mustang in my life, so I am always a contributer to the cause!

I'm surprised that ebay doesn't have a filter to flag and dis-allow such words!
