Default Squeaky top!

I haven't had to deal with an issue like this, since I had a new 87' Mustang GT w/ T-Tops! lol

What is the remedy for the Targa, grease the insertion points?

Assuming your top is fitted properly, the seals are not worn,

we have used 3M silicone paste for many years on the seals, front and rear pins.

Good luck,

Gerry

Thanks Gerry, all seems up to scuff, so I will try the 3M!

While I don't often put my top on, it doesn't squeak when I do. Silicone seems to make sense.

Besides silicon spray on the pins/insertion point, I periodically rub Vaseline onto the rear seals which have kept them in great shape for 30+ years and 220,000+ miles!
