1986 Coupe 125K miles FS
A friend of mine recently went over a 1986 Coupe (burgundy and grey) with 125,000 miles and said it's time to move it out of his garage. Drop me a line. I think he's looking at something like $8,000. May have a salvage title, but it's a pretty nice car with all mechanicals sorted out, with a fully operational A/C and new central computer. He did the parts work on it to replace the left rear suspension pieces that were affected by some guy in a truck running itto it while parked. 3.2 engine, with the 915 tranny.

Welcome to this neck of the woods, one in which I also dwell for obvious reasons! haha
My brows went way up when I saw the $8k cost, but then see the salvage title possibility. In NY, you get a slavage title if it was once totaled. From what you are saying about a left rear suspension replace, seems not to fit that bill.

A good hit to the quarter panel with some suspension damage could total a 911. Could've been bought from the ins company amd repaired. But, there may be more to the story.
