Default 911 G series shocks

I have -89 3.2 carrera RUF modified with RUF shocks (& strut).. they are now end of the road and need to replaced.. what would be best (bilstein) shock for 22/29 torsion bars ?

This was at my mind:

Bilstein B6 club sport B46-0967 to rear and Bilstein B6 Sport R36-5001 to front (into RUF strut).

What ya think ?

JMHO, but I'd have some shocks and inserts custom valved for your application as Bilstein's OEM valving leaves something to be desired.

you wouldn't want to see if you can get the Ruf shocks rebuilt first? Any number of places might be able to do this for you, and you retain the custom valving.

Kepa,

I have Bilstein HD's in front and Sports in the rear ...
That is pretty much the consensus for 87-89 G50 cars.I have 22/29 torsion bars as well on
my 89 and i'm considering getting my shocks revalved as my car sees quite a few track days, although for the street that setup is just fine !

Ill be getting in contact with you regarding the shocks on my car ... it's parked until April and i'm starting my Winter
projects soon ... the suspension being the main item !

Cheers !
