Post How do you remove the dash of a 911?

I want to replace a trashed 911 dash with a new one. Anyone know how to remove one?
Thanks

It's one of the projects in 101 Projects (see PelicanParts.com).

Windshield removal is required. That's all I know...

for a dash removal you will need to first remove the windshield. after removing the glass remove the screws along the bottom edge of the windshield. after these are removed you will need to remove the gauges and go through the holes to get to a few more nuts. on the other side go through the spealer grill opening to remove this side. there are a few more here and there but this will get that ugly dash pad off and ready for a new one. take your time and make sure you get all of the nut off the studs before you go pulling on it! hope this helps
