Hi Guys,
I know this has been done to death, but a definative answer would be nice,
will these fit a 1976 911 Carrera 3.0 (same flares as an SC I believe)
951.362.115 - 7J x 16 , OFFSET = 23.3mm
951.362.117 - 8J x 16 , OFFSET = 23.3mm
Any/ All advice appreciated.
cheers
John

The answer to your question is yes, as far as I know guys do this all the time. Extremely common swap.

stock 911 8s are ET10.6, 23.3-10.6 = 12.7mm spacer for the same fit w/ the 951 8s

What Bill said....
Putting the 8.0 on the front will require some negative camber, but can work well. We normally build an 8.0 to a 30-31mm offset. On the rear, depending on camber, you may end up with a large spacer....
I am guessing you are looking at a set available for purchase. Go ahead, because you can always sell the pair that your do not use to help fund another pair that may work better for you....

Thanks Guys,
Thats the Info I was after, and true enough, if I buy them I can always sell
the 8"s, for a better rear offset..
thanks again
cheers
