Default Electric fuel injection

alright rennlisters,

this old mechanical fuel injection just isnt keeping up anymore so..
I have decided that I am going to make the big switch over to EFI.
was currious if you guys could help me out with some suggestions on the best route to take with this one. what brand? where can I order it? whats a good price range to keep in mind? how hard is it to do myself? anything helps guys.

I have a little to much invested in my current engine.. Id rather just do the conversion

What is it you find wrong with teh current injection system..?

EFI will require oxygen sensor(s) to control the idle and cruise A/F mixture and then an MAF/IAT sensor set to control engine POWER mixture mode. Not to mention knock/ping sensors to be sure the engine isn't lugging.
