Default Strange noise, like a vacuum cleaner?

Recently, the 911 started making a noise that is hard to describe but perhaps sounds like a vacuum cleaner ? Its seperate from the fan, I think. It happens mostly when idling and goes away when the gas pedal is down, under load. Also, strangely, the noise completely goes away if I remove the oil cap. Any ideas?

It sort of sounds like it is coming from the upper right side of the engine compartment.

It looks like it may be the airbox to sensor gasket. I can move the airbox and make the noise come or go away. There are a few hoses that are dry too that I will also probably change out.
