Default Price check on '85 targa

http://cleveland.craigslist.org/ctd/2474230790.html

This is local to me. This guy is a "specialty car dealer". I know the shop he had work done on it and they are very reputable. Clutch and oil change done recently, but other than that, no service records.

Of course I full PPI would be in order. Assuming it checks out, how is the price?

While I am not yet a P-car owner, I have shopped/priced these cars for over consecutive 14 months.

IMO, this car is fairly priced or priced to sell assuming it checks out.

I'm sure others will chime in, but the vast majority of the cars with big asking prices on Ebay, autotrader, cars.com etc sit for months if not years without selling.

Perhaps you could compare prices....here is a national list of 'Targas' for sale on EBAY, kijiji and craigslist.org

I like it, looks like it was well taken care of by the owner.

That is a nice looking Targa for sure! I'd jump on it and at least start the process as mentioned... Looks real clean. -- Upgraded dual outlet exhaust too...
