Post FOG LAMP BRANDS

I WANT TO INSTALL FOG LAMPS ON A 1976 911 THAT NEVER HAD THE OEM STYLE. WHAT BRANDS ARE BETTER THAN STOCK, ALSO CHEAPER, AND OF COURSE IMPACT RESISTANT
THANKS
MARK

Personally I would stick with Hella, even if you don't use the OE lamps. The modern Hella add-on lamps are quite good.

Also be sure to decide whether you really want/need fog lamps, versus driving lamps. For many of us in the drier, warmer climates, driving lights are far more useful than fog lamps.

On my early car, I used to run both (100W huge Hella driving lamps AND 55W amber Hella fog lamps)! Prepared for all conditions...

hella is really not an exspensive fog lite. piaa and cats are alot more money. and i agree i would use a driving lite. fog lites are designed to project a beam of lite left to right. were a driving lite is going to project out more so you can see ahead of you. you sould be able to get the hella for about 150.00. i sell car audio and performace prosducts and the last thing you want to do is get a cheap set of lites. they will go thru bulbs and usually take in water and rust very easily.
