NONONONONO - you read that all wrong!!

I was being a good boy but that guy inthe wagon was the most erratic driver I have ever seen and almost caused about 5 accidents between totem lake and there...in and out of the CP lane and cutting cars off within inches - litterally!

the man got him and I stopped to inform him of the prior behavior.

it's none of my business and not something i would normally do, but that guy was an accident waiting to happen and the most aggresive, and serioously dangerous driver I have seen in a long time

thanks for the thought though, yes - it was me

it's kind of one of those "If trouble doesnt come looking for you, dont go looking for it" situations. I mean really, I could have just as well drove by and let it be and really the MAN most likely did not benefit from knowing what I told him and the driver most likely will just be pissed at all Red Porsche's forever...

but for some reason I did....still have mixed feeling rather it was smart or not

Confused, you told him to pull over and you had a "word" with him.... He's retarded.

No Ferd, the Cops had him pulled over (as I suspected for most likey carpool violation) They hide on several spots along my commute and this guuy was iching to get it if they were out... and they were...

the reason i stopped was to inform the officer of the driving BEFORE the police nabbed him...the dude was clipping cars with under a foot to spare...several people panic braked... he was only 1/2 mile ahead of me but it was enough in his mind to scare everyone to make sure he got the point across that he was in a hurry...

again, dont know if it was wise, but I was pretty irratated watching him freak out people and nearly hitting no less than 5 cars in about 4 miles......

not sure I did anything to improve the safety of the roads, and really the police already had him pulled over when I came up on him so they get credit (although i am guessing it was more of a carpool lane violation than an erratic driving thing) which is why I thought they might be interested in knowing how the "rest of us" felt about his actions

anyhow, I feel a little silly, and was pretty happy to see him spend some time with Officer Friendly

the funny thing is I have both a Canadian sticker and a Swiss sticker on the back of the Burb...2 countries I am very fond of....

my friends were here from Switzerland 2 weeks ago and I love it when mid afternoon on Sunday they both look very puzzeled and say "what's that noise?" (neighbor a few houses over mowing the grass)
I say, its a lawn mower...

eyes roll and they say "you cannot mow your grass in Switzerlan on Sunday"
then shrug their shoulders

but yes, if you break the law, your neightbor WILL report you also, even starting the car and returning to the house with it running...for whatever reason. - they insist you turn it off....and ask, why wouldnt you. Very unique perspectives in comparison
