Noob question about buying 06/07 911

Noob question about buying 06/07 911
So I just joined the forum and started reading for few days now. I am seriously considering getting a 06 or 07 911 as many had recently came out of lease. Most of them are about 60000km to 70000km mileage. What would be the approximate "reserve funds" to put aside for things such as brakes, clutch, tires, tune-up, on top of the purchase cost of the vehicle?

first, welcome to rennlist.
second, yer in the wrong forum. on rennlist, the 911 forum is for model years 65-89. 06 or 07 cars will be in the 997 forum under 'water-cooled'.
it's not that we're snooty, it's just that in general we don't know that much about the newer cars.
