Hello I need price advice on an 83 sc cab. 128k miles, but can't verify mileage. Recently rebuilt clutch. No chain tensioner upgrade. Pop off covee is installed. slight rip in a relatively new top. Seats were recovered in vinyl (which i would like to replace with leather). Momo steering wheel and shifthef, and steel pedals. Other than that, the car is stock.

Seller wants 14k.

I would need to have mechanic do a PPI, which he is charging $200 and $400 for a leak down/compression.
