Question PPI recommendation in Orlando

I am an aspiring Porsche owner (once again). Looking for a 2004 C4S Cab w/Tiptronic and spotted one coming up in Orlando auction. I am in Columbus, OH and would like to have someone do an inspection. Any recommendations?

always risky with Auction cars . they rarely allow PPis .. try the forum for your car and they may know local places for these modern beasts

There's a few good guys here in town. An old racing buddy of mine, Sid Collins runs a company called Troysport. There's also Red Bone racing downtown and Zotz out in Winter Park. Any of the three should be able to do a good PPI for you. If the cars at any of the wholesale auctions though I agree with the above, they aren't likely to let you take the car anywhere before you purchase it. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I agree that you may not get the ok for PPI on an auction car but ask anyway. I would also consider connecting with Nort Northam in Winter Park (nortnortham.com). He ha a repair shop, used Porsche sales and really ws his stuff. Is and has been Porsche racer too and a dealer in the past. He may be able to advise or help with PPI.
