when Canseco came to the Hsv Stars (along w/ McGuire!), an Oakland As farm team, he had a pearlescent white slant nose turbo... I kinda felt something was amiss w/ the picture (AA players generally had nada & worked their asses off), but in the meantime, it was fun watching him hit 'em outside the park (to Memorial Pkwy - we called him "Park-way Jos-se")... oh, those crazy kids... those crazy days...

One cannot mention the Canseco cars without a nod to Clay Dopke. Seems like Steve W. has/had a connection to an ex-Canseco car. Dopke built some blazing fast cars.
