Swepco seems to make shifts slower when it's really cold. Once warmed up it works much better. I too will get Kendall at the next change interval.

FYI my friend: I still have swepco on mine. The seller just changed the transmission fluid in Dec 2009 and since then the car has only been driven 3K miles. My 915 shifts so well with Swepco and CP (our mechanic) swears by it (swepco) and so do several others. May be you and I can both switch together to Kendall coz ever since I read that thread on PP, I've been strongly contemplating the change. Can't believe you thought that I snuck one up without your knowledge
