I've heard of 964 condensors being grafted into an early 911, but I've never seen it done in person. I would be interested in say, moving to a front mounted oil cooler, and putting a 964 condensor in the right front fender. I do like the windshield and headlight washer, so I'd not want to delete that unless I can find a good reservoir that will fit in the front trunk.

If you want to spend and additional 5k in an aftermarket system you can have great AC in whatever you want. One of the club members has an 85 that will blow cold in an AZ traffic jam.
