I have a 76 911S that needs a new passenger seat. The drivers seat is in good shape but the pass side has turned very hard and brittle feeling. I'd like to replace just the passenger side seat. I have the standard seats with the center sections with the perforated panels. If anyone has one of these for sale or knows of a source, please let me know.

I was at Hershey last year looking for a seat and nothing matched. Everything was either the wrong style or the sellers wanted to get rid of pairs, not just a passenger seat and even then they weren't in great shape. But nothing matched anyhow. I'll keep looking or go to some racing seats.....

Not knowledgeable enough on your seat and what matches what, but there have been a lot of seats posted on the other site (PP) in the last month or so. Surpisingly there have been a bunch of single seats too.
And recently I thought I saw an ad for someone giving away some seats.
As stated above, a WTB ad may not be bad.
Can you get your existing seat recovered? May be faster than searching for the correct one.

I appreciate the help.....I ordered the Lethertique kit....I'll give that a try before I change the seat. I read several reports and maybe this is the way to go. At least I'll have the seats I started with....Thanks again.......

good luck, I would love to hear your thoughts when done on how well the product worked (So I can increase me sales
)
actually a lady at work bought a (POS) convertible this last summer and the leather was severly weathered, sun dried tomato and the car is only a couple years old... I told her about it and she said it worked ok,... when I looked at it I said you have to do it a couple more times (she was taking the quick and easy way out) after she finally "got it" she was surprised how nice her seats were (I knew all along they wear about to crack into pieces, had seen it before) now they are soft and supple. I hope the same holds true for yours - also, a warm day (or warming the seat) will really suck up the stuff!

Thanks for the info and I'll give it a shot. A warm day in Pennsylvania won't be easy to come buy for a while but I'll probably take it out and bring it into a nice warm workshop.
