Petronic ignitor wiring 75 911?

OK I bought an ignitor II for my 75 911, a couple of questions, I have heard u do not hook up as described which is red wire to pos terminal coil, black wire to negative terminal coil. I also bought a flame thrower coil, I have 2 brown wires on current coil and 1 white wire which terminals on flame thrower coil do these go to? Where do red and black ignitor wires connect?
