With an air-cooled beetle motor for 14K?

From the ad:

Story is it's my buddy's car that he built for his girls to drive to high school. He wanted it that way... a car that looks like it can go a buck 50 but in reality a slug. Super cheap to maintain.

"doesn't slow down on our hills" - as long as it's going down hill

"No hacks on the car" - except for, maybe, just the engine, nothing major

Beetle engine only holds 2 1/2 quarts of oil, that's a 9 quart savings in weight...
