Anybody remember that Gregg guy? I remember him chasing Hans Stuck (BMW) around Daytona all day and Hurley Haywood was right behind Gregg.
The White 911S was my first Porsche bought new in 1975.

Ha - that Gregg guy. Swell pics. Thanks so much for sharing and a warm welcome to RL.
Not a bunch of Pcar guys in our Neck of the woods - we're neighbors whitelightnin. I'm just up the hill in Spruce Pine.

The reason for the screen name "whitelightning" came from that white 75 911S. I drove that car back in the day when CB radio was a necessity for avoiding tickets and my handle was "White Lightning".
I had a very early version of a radar detector called a Trooper Snooper and it was attached to the back windshield and pointed forward. It worked well enough to let you know each time you were going to get a ticket.

Currently not working on Pcars, but have a decent workshop and all my tools. If I can help in any matter, feel free to send me a private message. Have you joined PCA? The Carolina's region is quite active and a nice group of guys. This is a great environment for a nice 911, and the turbos just love the cool, dense, foggy mornings.
