I expected to see some discussion of this here. It is yesterday's "Nice Price or Crack Pipe" on Jalopnik.

With 70+% voting nice price it's odd that it's still for sale. What do you guys think? I know that a cheap Porsche can be the most expensive one you'll ever buy but what is the bottom end on a car like this? Say you drove it as the beater it is until it needed major repairs and then sold it broken. How much would you lose?

Not a nice price or Crack pipe. Probably priced a little North of real numbers, but a possibly fair deal if it has good bones.
I would probably enjoy it for 6K if it checked out. But the price would go lower guickly if it has collision damage and needs a proper drivetrain rebuild.

Seems like a decent price for a 3.0 / carrera flairs - and it doesn't look too beat on.

That said - it could get real expensive real quickly if it has rust/driveline issues

I wonder what the seller is thinking after seeing it posted on the site with all the comments?

His Ad is now getting a l lot more "free" exposure.

I think it's a fair price.
