Hello,
I'm a new Porsche owner and Rennlist member. I purchased a 1986 Carrera coupe this weekend. I'm posting to stay thank you to all of the posters on this forum. I've been lurking for a few months now and I have gained so much info. I special thanks to rockrimmon and his "newbie" post that has been like a bible to me through out the search, PPI, and purchase process.
I think I have a pretty good car but my new best friend is my local Porsche mechanic. These cars are truly special.

Doyle, the car is a really stock Guards Red coupe with black interior. I wanted an unmolested car. The only mod I can see is the mandatory radio upgrade. Very few options. Just a base 911.

Put 530 miles on my car over 14 hours on Saturday going out on a long drive and attending a car show. Awesome experience and I love my 911 more now than before.
