When I was growing up in the Bay Area the local CHP branch seized a Countach and would use it up on the interstate (280) where us dumb kids used to do our high speed runs.

Anyone who attended the Crocker Hillsborough Concours or the San Mateo County Fair in the late 1980's probably saw that car. It was pretty cool. They even got a custom low profile light bar made for the top.
