since you are the wash boy

might look into ONR (optimum no rinse) or Griot's waterless car wash... your car should stay pretty clean and you will be saving lots of water using these...plus less drying time

welcome to the both of you....

Thanks for the welcomes for MrsNvgtr. This is also her first real forum experience, but she's happy with all the friendly folks online so far. We just met up with the local PCA group this morning and everyone was great. We'll definitely be joining and be very active with them. They were all very respectful about my history of BMW ownership.

It's a slate blue metallic '83 911 SC Targa. @WPOZZZ - Good eye, especially on the ZHP. The ZHP is her dd, the 325is is my dd, and the 2002 is my fun car. The 911 is her fun car now. @Helios59 - I'm in the AF and moving around every few years. I've been to FL, CA, and CO so far, so they'll be going places. I miss the curvy roads in CA and CO the most. Hopefully I'll be back.
I really like that color. If I do change the color of my '83 SC from Gran Prix white, slate blue could be right at the top of the list. I assume you are stationed at Patrick AFB. I retired from there is 1987 and both our kids graduated from Satellite High School in the late 80's

Welcome. I think you will enjoy the Porsche and the P-car community. I too like the e30 and the 02 - two of BMWs finest.

This cracked me up, I was thinking you MUST NOT be from the Gulf Coast, I've lived in S. Fla and now S. Al most of my life, it doesn't get better, you just accept you will lose a few pounds in sweat each weekend.

I dig your toy collection. Tell MrsNvgtr next time she has to be the wash model
