Im looking at this 911 to possibly buy..

It depends on many variables; condition (mechanical & physical), history (options, originality, owners, servicing & accidents), "current market conditions", etc. You know you must have a PPI performrmed and do some research on your own part to validate the documentation & information that has been presented.
Beyond all that, I'd look into the most recent Bruce Anderson Market Survey on the car in Excellence. My guess is that car is at high teens / low 20s, +/- up to 5K (depending on what the PPI & etc. reveals).

For what its worth.
about 15 months ago, I bought an 89 carrera, all stock, red/tan, 53,000 miles for $26,000. I have had only minor repairs and your typical oil changes.
