Default Front Fender Adjustment

Does anyone know how to bring the driver side front fender out so it lines up with the driver side door? I hate to pay a body shop guy to do this when it seems like it is just a matter of playing around with screws, etc..

I think that the fender location is determined by the sill (rocker panel) at the bottom and the scuttle at the top.(where it pinches the small rubber trim between it and the panel that holds the wipers)
You can loosen the hinge bolts just enough to gently push the door in or out to suit. Only do one hinge at a time.
This is, of course, if your fender in already in the correct location. If not the bolts for it are under the front wheel well facing back toward the engine, there are two up the top where it meets the door facing the opposite side of the car. and the rest are in the front Hood (boot, trunk)facing outward.

Show us a pic of where it is out of alignment.
