Small dents on 88 911 hood
When I purchased my 911 back in January(first Porsche), I was aware of the small dents on the hood. Short of replacing the hood, any ideas on
how to take them out?
Thanks.

Hi James,
If you don't have paint chip at that location, you could try your local Paintless dent removal (do a search on your yahoo yellow page). It will be done in about 30 minutes and cost about $50 and up depends on how big the dent is.
Check with the 993 board for more discussion on this very topic.
Regards,
Sonny

There are several dent removal services that can work out small dents so you'd never know they were there. Check yellow pages or ask around. While I haven't personally used this type of service, others have posted about good results.

I have used a few dent removal services. They all did a good job, but some are excellent. My advice would be to ask for references, or go to a new car dealer to find out who's excellent in your area.
