WOW, I cant begin to tell you how jealous I am. I keep thinking that I am going to be able to do that extensive a restoration to my 81 SC one of these days. How hard is it moving the body around once it is torn down. Im thinking mine would probably be moved several times once I did this and it looks like yours just went to the painter and back. I think I would try and have my car dipped, then to the roll cage fabricator, then to the paint shop, then home.
I guess you got lucky with Motor Scheister, I am one of the many horror stories you will find on line with them. Anyway, your car looks incredible and I cant wait to see the finished product. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />

Thanks for the comments. The car can be moved with 4 guys but 6 is much better. I considered having the car dipped but opted for media blasting because when a car is dipped the paint is removed from all surfaces even those that are not visible. Therefore it is impossible to get paint back into some of those areas such as the channels that run front to back for heating. This was my thinking anyway after discussing it with the painter. If you are moving it around alot you can always build a frame with casters on it. Just curious, what happened with Motor Meister?
