Bumper beam -82 sc / 993 body
Gentlemen.
I need some guidance. The car in my avtar is actually a 1982 911 SC, rebuilt using the body of the 993. Under the front bumper cover there is supposed to be an aluminum beam.
Does anyone here know which beam that fits under the 993 cover?
Do I go for the 993 beam or the 82 SC beam?
Any mods to be made to make either fit?
All suggestions and opinions, qualified or not, are greately appreciated.

What you have there my friend is what we refer to as a Frankenporsche. I would suggest you find out who did the conversion and seek there input.

hehe....Frankenporsche...i always thought of it as Bastardporsche.
That drawing may do the trick but I was hoping for something with a little less modification.
I will pull the cover within the next few days to have look.
I was hoping for a direct fit of the 993 bumper bar/beam.
