Post 86 911 intermittent bucking problem

I don't know how else to describe it, but bucking. When I need to stop on a steep hill and restart, I give it plenty of gas so it won't stall and someimes it starts bucking so violently it pops out of gear. It doesn't always do it, so I don't think its me, but it could be any deviation from perfect won't work on the wonderful spring loaded clutch on a hill. I know I could use the handbrake to help out, but I should be able to do it without it. I just had the trans rebuilt and a new clutch put in 1000 miles ago.

Thanks for any ideas.

Ed
