Here are some pics of my "new" ride I just picked up 2 weeks ago. She's a '87 carrera with 82K miles. She needs a few maintenance items like steering column bushing, shifter bushing and brake pads and rotors and front strut inserts. A/C needs some work as well. She drove very nice from Columbus, GA back to Houston area. Got about 25 mpg. It should keep me busy in projects for a while.

Nice! I recently picked up an '87 as well and love it! I like the polished wheels against the red - nice combination.

I also recently joined Rennlist and from my browsing this group has a wealth of knowledge.

Fellow newbie, Paul

Nice. Welcome to the forum. Somebody here might point out the front spoiler w/lack of rear "tail", but not me. I never nit-pick. LOL.

Beautiful coupe - you're going to have fun.

Congrats... Great looking car.
Normally not a fan of polished spokes, but they look great with the G-Red.
If you want to get rid of that chin spoiler I will do you a favor and take it off your hands for you, no chagre. ;-)

I'm feeling Deja Vu....are we getting sloppy seconds here? Did I see that posted on Pelican a couple of weeks ago?

The car looks nice. The wheels look great. That is the iconic look.
