I put the Steve Wong chip in and my initial impressions:

Smoother idle on cold startup.
Rock steady idle 900rpm
pulls strong

replaced a europarts chip from 15 years ago.

That chip seemed stronger on acceleration but isn't as smooth an idle and startup the car always coughed and sputtered for the first 30seconds or so.

It is a nice car. I love black!

What bhp did the combination of chip, exhaust and cat delete give you?

Realistically its 35bhp more. It just runs smoother and a bit better throttle response. When you do mods, bang for the buck you need a turbo car for sure.

35bhp is a big estimate! i would be very happy with a 35bhp increase from a chip update is that the normal expected increase ?
getting my car dyno'd soon then may very well send off my readouts for Steve to make me a chip up.

I would have thogt more like a 10% increase in bhp overstock. Mayve with an exhuast and mild cam dialed in to match then more like 35-40 bhp....
