Cant answer the Q - not nearly enough info...
to start with if you are interested in the car, get a PPI done and then post results in the 997 forum...(even the 996 forum would be better help, more active)

As one data point, my father recently purchased a yellow 2006 997 (not an S) for about $45k. It also had about 14-15k miles on it. Other bits that I know of are: tiptronic, S wheels, color matching interior trim & seat belts.
