Red face 911sc Fuel Filler neck replacement

When last filled the car upwith fuel , I saw there was loads of debris under the fuel filler neck ( inside the compartment under the petrol flap )

Cleared this away and saw patch of rust had built up, and is getting through the filler neck!!

Any tips on how to get this filler neck out.
Will also replace the fuel filter in case any rust has got into the tank.

Any other recomendations?

Don't forget you have two fuel filters, one in the bottom of the tank and one in the engine compartment. Article on tech.rennlist.com under 911 engines (CIS fuel system tuneup) talks about replacing the fuel tank filter.
