Have you contacted the local PCA to see if they know of a car for sale that may not be advertised elsewhere? You can contact them without being a member. You can also join for $40 and they'll give you temporary 6 months membership (you need a car to join permanently). That will give you access to their Mart section which will increase your sample size.
