Default FS: One owner, needs some TLC

Seriously though, is is (was) a one owner car with less than 15,000 miles on it. It suffered an engine fire in 1969.

Yes it is. Forlornly staring at you, like a dog about to be put down. Just terrible.... believe it or not though we did get a good tranny and wiper motor out of it!

i've never actually seen a car look dead !!! .. that is a first for me

LOL! That's a good one! That's actually what I was thinking when I saw the pic! If there was ever a car that looks dead........this is definitely the one! Sad story though!

If it suffered an engine fire, why does it look like it fell out of a moving aircraft?

LOL well, it didn't look that bad until we pulled it back to it's final resting place. In 200 meters of dragging through the soft ground, it literally fell apart.
