Default 1974 Carrera Help

1974 Carrera Help
I'm looking for any information about the 74 Carrera, such as options that were available, colors, Carrera registry, or even books. I am in the market for one and just trying to get educated on the 74's.
Thanks

Donnie,

I have one of these cars that I've had since new. Send me an e-mail with the specific info you are looking for and I'll try to help.

There is a US Carrera Registry through PCA but I don't know how current it is.

Yup. And I'm standing in line to buy it when you don't want it anymore! Just say the word.

Don't know. That Beetle might be too much!

Just let me know when you're readu to part with that Carrera. After driving Tweety for 4+ years, I think I can handle a '74 Carrera!

Donnie, you're looking for a great car. The '74 is a cherry car and had to come by. If you find one even close to reasonable shape, jump on it like a dog on a bone.
