Exactly, I'm glad Rick chimed in to make that clear. The only reason I mentioned it earlier was because it was a possibility, one that was actually originally brought up by the owner. Until now, there is no evidence of a problem.
floete, I was going to use Ivan at IMA Motorsports. He was more than willing to do the PPI and his price is reasonable and includes a leakdown. I think you should definitely add it to your list. If I wasn't in this situation I would be waiting for PPI results on it right now.
This wouldn't have been a financial burden by any means. I just can't stand the thought of finally owning one and having it sit in the garage for the next six months while I am here and then another few months over the winter. Not fair to the car, or me hehehe.
